SUNLU PA12-CF Heat Resistant Spool

SUNLU PA12-CF 3D printer filament is made of 20% carbon fibre and 80% PA nylon. The heat-resistant spool makes drying easier before printing. The maximum drying temperature is 110°C

Excellent resistance to oil and fuels

PA12-CF is resistant to grease, petrol and solvents. It is ideal for printing fuel caps or workshop tool handles. As it is not easily degraded by contact with oil, it is often used in automotive or industrial production. Exceptional Wear Resistance.

Exceptional Wear Resistance

SUNLU carbon fibers produce a smooth, low-friction surface that is ideal for moving parts such as gears, bearings or sliding mechanisms. In high-stress environments, PA12-CF lasts longer than PETG or ABS filaments.

Heat Resistance Up to 175°C

The PA-CF filament retains its shape even in extreme conditions, e.g. for engine parts, outdoor equipment in direct sunlight or hot workshop tools. It can withstand temperatures up to 175 C without melting or deforming.

Low Density & Lightweight

Carbon fiber reinforced nylon 12 (density: 1.04g/cm³) provides metal-like strength with light weight. Perfect for printing lightweight bike helmets, drone frames or car parts that require both durability and portability. Nylon 12 is the nylon with the lowest water absorption. Your prints stay stable in rain, moisture, or even underwater - no swelling or warping like conventional nylon or PLA.

Recommended printing settings:


For optimal printing results with SUNLU PA12-CF, we recommend a nozzle temperature of 260-280°C, a heated bed temperature of 50-70°C and printing speed of 60-150mm/s.
